AN/PVS-7 Night Vision Device

The AN/PVS-7 is a single-tube night vision biocular system, which means that although it features two eyepieces, the image is generated from a single tube, giving the user depth perception with reduced weight and complexity. Developed in 1982 and fielded in 1988, the AN/PVS-7, despite its age, remains commonly used by the United States Armed Forces, as well as several other militaries worldwide.
